Vision Piping
David Barrett was born in Brooklyn, New York. He is Sight Disabled due to Retinitis Pigmentosa. He is a Veteran of the U.S.
Coast Guard, and was founder and first Pipe Major of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (OFO) Pipes and Drums. While he has played with
multiple bands, his most rewarding times playing have been to honor heroes that have
made the ultimate sacrifice for their fellow man.
